Not sure? Pace it. One long step is about 3 feet. Count the front, then the sides you can see from the street.

How it works

Four steps. One visit.

A written price in 24 hours

Send a photo of the front of your house or run the calculator. I measure it and write the quote myself.

Lights cut to your house

Commercial C9 LEDs on heavy socket cord, cut on site so every peak and corner lands on a bulb.

One visit, then it's my problem

Installed in one visit and tested after dark. A bulb goes out, it's fixed within 48 hours. No invoice.

Down in January, stored with your name on it

Takedown and storage are in the price. Next October it goes back up for less.

Four seasons taught me this

What I won't do in Las Vegas.

Install lights you bought.

When a strand fails on December 20, whose problem is it? If you own the lights, it's yours, and you'll hear about the warranty. We own the lights, so the answer is always ours. Fixed within 48 hours, no invoice.

Leave a gap at the corners.

Clip-on sets come in fixed lengths. They stop short of the peak, or they bunch up at it. Every run we hang is cut to your roofline on site, so the line is continuous around every corner and peak.

Send a crew you've never met.

I'm not subcontracting your house to people I found in October. I design the layout, I'm at the install, and the people on your roof are the people I trained.

Raise your price at renewal.

Most installers quote low the first year and climb from there. Ours goes the other way. 10% less in year two, 20% less in year three, 30% less in year four and every year after. In writing, on the quote.

Who's on your roof

My name is on the quote, and I'll be on the roof.

Four seasons in the Portland metro, 2022–2025. 14 Google reviews, every one of them five stars. I moved to Henderson in September 2026. Every house on this page will be a Nevada house by the end of the season.

FAQ

The eight questions everyone asks.

Do I own the lights?

No, and that's the point. Owning lights means storing them, testing them every fall, and paying to replace them when they fail. I own them. If a strand fails, I replace it within 48 hours at no charge. In January I take everything down, label it with your name, and store it. You never see a box of lights.

What happens if I move?

Your set was cut for your roofline, so it stays with the house it was made for. Move inside my service area and I quote the new house at your current year's discount, not year one. Move out of the valley and the agreement ends with no fee.

What if I cancel?

Before your install date, your deposit comes back in full. After the lights are cut to your house, the deposit is non-refundable, because those runs fit your roofline and nobody else's. There is no fee for not renewing.

Do you do permanent lights?

Not this season. If you want a permanent track system, tick the "permanent" box on the quote form and I'll refer you to a partner I'd use on my own house.

When do you install?

Installs start Oct 20. The two weeks before Thanksgiving fill first. Book in October and you pick the week. Book after Thanksgiving and you take what's open.

What kind of lights?

Commercial-grade C9 LED bulbs on heavy socket cord, the same product used on commercial buildings. Bright, cool-running, and a fraction of the power of box-store strands. Warm white or multicolor, or both.

What about my HOA?

Most HOAs in the valley publish a window for holiday displays and rules about what can attach to the house. I use clips, never nails or screws, and I schedule the takedown before the window closes. If your HOA needs a form, send it and I'll fill it out.

Do you do Halloween?

Orange and purple C9 on the same roofline is available as a two-holiday lease. Ask on the quote form. It doubles the time the lights are up and the price reflects that.
