Your address doesn't change the per-foot price. It changes which day the truck is on your street.
How I schedule
Henderson is home base and fills first. Summerlin, the northwest, and the southwest run on their own days. Boulder City is batched onto set days because of the drive. Book in October and you pick the week. Neighbors who book together get the same day.
Unincorporated county
A lot of the valley isn't inside any city: Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, Winchester, Sunrise Manor, Whitney, and the pockets around Summerlin South. I cover all of it. If it's in the valley and it has a roofline, I'll quote it.
