Christmas light installers in Spring Valley, NV
Commercial LEDs cut to your roofline. One price a year that drops every year you stay. Install, fixes, takedown and storage, all in it.
Spring Valley is the unincorporated stretch west of the Strip, roughly from Decatur out to the 215 and from Sahara down to Tropicana. It's older than the master-planned edges of the valley, and that changes the install in ways that mostly work in your favor.
The houses. A lot of Spring Valley was built in the 1980s and 1990s: single-story ranch and split-level homes with front rooflines of 80 to 130 feet, some with a wood fascia and some with the first generation of concrete tile. Both take clips without fasteners. A single-story front here is a two-hour install and usually lands at or near the Starter price on the table.
Fewer HOAs. Many Spring Valley streets have no association at all, which means no display window and no approval form. Lights can go up in early November and come down when you want, as long as it's by our January takedown.
Older electrical. The thing to check on a 1980s house is the exterior outlet. Some have one GFCI on the patio and nothing on the front. Commercial LEDs draw very little, so one outlet runs a whole roofline, but the cord has to reach it. Tell us where the outlet is on the quote form and we'll price the run.
Mature landscaping. Thirty-year-old trees and hedges are the best thing about the neighborhood in December. A wrapped tree next to a lit roofline is the add-on that changes the whole front, and it's a flat price.
What you get is what everyone gets: commercial C9 LEDs cut to your house, a timer, one-visit install, fixes within 48 hours all season, takedown, and storage. One price a year, down 10% in year two and locked at 30% off from year four.
Streets without an association can go up early. If you want lights on for the first weekend of November, say so on the form and we'll put you in the first week of installs.
