Commercial
Lit by the week before Thanksgiving. Maintained through New Year's.
Storefronts, restaurants, office parks, HOA entries and clubhouses. Same lease as residential: I own it, I maintain it, I take it down, and your price drops every year.
What I do
- Roofline and parapet outlines in commercial C9 LED
- Entry monuments, gate houses, and HOA common areas
- Tree and palm wraps along frontage and in courtyards
- Wreaths and garland on entries
- Timers on every circuit, and a walk-through after dark on install day
How commercial is priced
By quote, after a site walk, because commercial rooflines involve lifts, parking control, and after-hours work that a per-foot table can't see. The lease still drops 10% in year two and locks at 30% off from year four. If you have last year's invoice from another company, bring it and I'll show you the five-year picture next to it.
What to have ready
- The address and which sides face traffic
- Where exterior power is
- When the building can be worked: nights, weekends, before opening
- The date the lights need to be on
$8 a foot.Goes down every year.
