Feet are charged in brackets: the first 100 ft at the first rate, the next 100 at the second, and so on. Minimum job $799. Year four is the floor; year five and every year after match it.

Drag to your roofline length. Most single-story fronts in the valley run 80 to 150 feet. Two-story fronts run 150 to 250.

One annual price. Design, install, in-season fixes, takedown and storage are all in it. Year four is the floor and it's locked for as long as you stay.

Typical Vegas installer, published rate: $800–$1,500 the first year, and you buy the lights. About 25% less each year after, and you own a set that ages.
Lease from me: about the same the first year. 10% less in year two, 20% less in year three, 30% less in year four and every year after. You own nothing, you store nothing, and a dead strand is fixed within 48 hours at no charge.
Over five years the totals land close. The difference is what's inside the number: no hardware in your garage, no replacement set in year five, no repair bills, and a price locked in your agreement instead of reset every fall.
