The rooflines. Mountain's Edge and Rhodes Ranch plans mostly run 150 to 230 feet across the front with a second-story peak. Southern Highlands has larger custom and semi-custom homes where fronts reach 300 feet and up, plus courtyard entries that look sharp outlined. Run the calculator at 200 for a typical two-story, or 300 for Southern Highlands, and adjust.

HOAs and gates. Nearly all of Enterprise is under an association with a display window, and Southern Highlands and Rhodes Ranch are gated. We schedule to your window, we handle the gate, and we use clips only. There's nothing for an inspector to find in January.

Timing. Because the neighborhoods are dense, we can run a crew down one street for a full day. If you and a neighbor book together in October you get the same install day and the same takedown day, and the truck is never far when a bulb needs replacing.

Power. Garages here almost always have an exterior outlet. That's where the timer goes. If yours is on the side yard, say so on the form.
